Please read these instructions for howto print from a web page.

The pages have been designed to fit an A4 sheet. Before printing a page, click on "File/PrintPreview" on your browser's toolbar. If the printed page appears to overflow the A4 sheet (i.e. runsto 2 pages) you will need to reduce the size of the text in your browser. To do this, click on "View /Text Size" on your browser's toolbar and reduce the text size to at least 'Medium'. (In PrintPreview you should see just one page). Resizing will be visible as it occurs so you will be able to judge the amount ofchange. If you have a scroll button on your mouse, you can use this to change the text size by holding down the'Ctrl'. key on your keyboard while spinning the wheel a notch at a time. You can return the text size to itsprevious setting when you have finished.

Pre-printed forms are, of course, available from the Secretary'soffice in the clubhouse.
